Privacy Policy

You don't need an account to use I'm Grateful Now. We collect what you choose to post, the email you give us if you join the waitlist, and a small amount of technical data used to prevent spam. What you post to the wall is public by design, so don't include anything you don't want public.

• Gratitude posts: the text you submit, an optional name, and the time you posted. This is public and gets its own shareable link and preview card.
• Waitlist email: only if you choose to join the waitlist, used to notify you when paid features launch.
• IP address:used briefly to limit how often one visitor can post, so the wall doesn't get spammed. We don't store it long-term or attach it to your posts.

We don't require or collect passwords, payment details, or any other account information, because there are no accounts.

Before a post is published, the text is automatically checked for profanity, harassment, hate, violence, and other unsafe or off-tone content. This check is partly performed by OpenAI's moderation models, meaning the text you submit is sent to OpenAI for that screening. OpenAI processes this per their own API terms; we don't send your name, email, or IP address as part of that check, only the post text itself.

Gratitude posts and waitlist emails are stored with Supabase, our database provider. We use reasonable measures to keep this data secure, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

I'm Grateful Nowdoes not currently use cookies or analytics tracking. If that changes (for example, to add basic traffic analytics), we'll update this policy first.

I'm Grateful Nowis not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has posted or submitted an email, contact us and we'll remove it.

Since there are no accounts, we can't offer a self-serve way to edit or delete a post or waitlist email. Email hello@iamgratefulnow.com with a link to your post (or the email you used for the waitlist) and we'll remove it. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, this includes your right to request access to or deletion of your data under applicable law.

I'm Grateful Now is available worldwide, and the services we use (Supabase, OpenAI) may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States.

We may update this policy as the Service grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
